Caixun Malaysia Contest Mother’s Day 2023

1.1 Caixun Malaysia Contest Mother’s Day 2023 (the “Campaign”) is organised by “Caixun Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.” (the “Organiser”) and customer stand a chance to win lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”).

1.2 The Campaign is open to all Malaysians residence, except for the employees of the Organiser including their immediate family members, their advertising and sales promotion agencies, as well as principals and sub-distributors.

1.3 Persons under the age of 18 years (“Minor”) may not participate unless their parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a Minor to participate, You agree to:

(I) Supervise the Minor’s participation; and
(II) Assume all risks associated with the Minor’s participation; and
(III) Assume any liability resulting from the Minor’s participation; and
(IV) Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of all information submitted by the Minor or, if required by the laws of Your jurisdiction, submit all required information truthfully and accurately on behalf by the Minor; and
(V) Assume responsibility and are bound by these Terms and Conditions for the Minor’s access and participation.

1. 4The Campaign consists of a lucky draw event, it is for those customers who follow Caixun Malaysia Facebook and Instagram, comment the post and tell us “the best show you watch with your mom and why?” then tag 3 friends to join together with #iloveCaixunMY during 10th May 2023 at 00:00 until 17th May 2023 at 23:59 (“Campaign Period”).

1.5 Any entries received before/after the Campaign Period will not be entertained and will be disqualified.

1.6 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate any part or all the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE THE CAMPAIGN

2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions below in this section, participants who wish to participate are required to:

Step 2: Comment the post and tell us the best show you watched with your mom and why?
Step 3: Tag 3 friends to join together with #iloveCaixunMY

2.2 One (1) submission of comment equal to one (1) entry. Each participant is eligible for one (1) entry only.

2.3 Duplicate entry shall be calculated as one (1) entry, based on clause (2) herein mentioned.

2.4 Each selected lucky draw winner is entitled to get one (1) voucher (“Lucky Draw”) only throughout the campaign period.

3. METHODS OF DRAW THE LUCKY DRAW

3.1 A total of ten (10) winners will be selected at the end of campaign.

3.2 The drawing method will be selecting the Top 10 most creative comments from 5 people from Facebook and another 5 people from Instagram by Caixun Malaysia.

3.3 Lucky Draw Winners’ announcement will be made on 24th May 2023, it will be posted on Caixun Official Facebook Page and Instagram Page (@Caixun MY) and Caixun Malaysia Official website (www.caixun.my).

3.4 Winners will receive call/Whastapp by Caixun Malaysia Official Service Contact @ 011-2185 0515 or email from [email protected].

3.5 If the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts consecutively, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participants.

3.6 Each Winner is required to share their personal details to the Organizer for lucky draw delivery. The participant information consists of:

(I) Full name as per Identity Card
(II) Identity Card Number (NRIC/PR Number)
(III) Active Phone Number
(IV) Active Email Address
(V) Home Address

3.7 Caixun Malaysia has the right to request to take videos / photo with winner when receiving the Lucky Draw for social media posting, web posting or reporting purpose.

4. Other Terms & Conditions:

4.1 The Organiser shall not be responsible and disclaims any liability for any inaccurate prizes/lucky draw details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this Campaign.

4. 2 The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes/lucky draw with alternative prizes/lucky draw of similar value at any time without prior notice. Prizes/lucky draw are not redeemable for cash, vouchers or any other items and are not transferable.

4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted beyond the deadline, or entries without proper proof of purchase.

4.4 The decision of the appointed panel of judges is final. No correspondence, queries, appeal or anything similar will be entertained.

4.5 All prizes/lucky draw are bound to the terms and conditions attached to the prizes/lucky draw and must be claimed within the stipulated time frame, otherwise the Organiser shall reserve the right to have it forfeited.

4.6 The Organiser shall have no liability to the participants in any respect whatsoever. All participants are fully responsible for any costs incurred due to injuries, damages or claims whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the campaign, publicity programmes, prize presentation ceremony and from the redemption/usage of the prizes/lucky draw.

4.7 Participants shall be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable, insurance and other additional costs involved as a result of participation in this Campaign or winning/using any prizes/lucky draw thereunder. By accepting/using any prizes/lucky draw, participants agree to indemnify the Organiser, all its business partners and other parties related to the campaign, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damages, loss or liability incurred and against any failure to remit the tax payable to the relevant authorities related to his/her participation in the Campaign and his/her acceptance, redemption or use of any prizes/lucky draw.

4.8 By participating in the campaign, the participant(s) agree and consent to give the Organiser the rights to use his/her personal particulars and/or information for the purposes of including, but not limited to advertising and/or any other forms of publicity from time to time without any fees, costs and expenses. The participant(s) may make his/her request via email to the Organiser ([email protected]) in the event he/she intends to withdraw his/her consent to disclose any personal information held by the Organiser.

4.9 The Organiser reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4.10 All images and artwork used for the Campaign are for illustration purposes only.

4.11 Caixun Malaysia shall not held responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery, lost, damage or stolen of Prize(s)/lucky draw.

4.12 The Prizes/lucky draw will be delivery within 30 days after the winner announcement.

4.13 The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions and this campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.

4.14 By participating the Campaign, you agree and accept the full terms and conditions mentioned herein, participants agree to give consent for their personal information provided to be used by the Organizer and/or the Organizer’s agents or third party service provider, in line with Personal Data Protection Act 2010, for the following purposes:-

(I) The processing of the Contest participants; and
(II) The operations and process involved in this Contest; and
(III) Updating our records on the participants of this Contest; and
(IV) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving the Organizer’s products and services; and
(V) For advertising and promotion purposes; and
(VI) For any purposes required by law or regulation.
