- Only applicable to Device purchase within “1 year”
– Normal Warranty will be start from device’s purchase date.
– Extension of Warranty will allow to increase additional 1 year based of Normal Warranty for Google TV & Android TV, Projector increase additional 6 months based of Normal Warranty
– All purchase date will be based on purchase receipt uploaded - Applicable to “New Device” only
– “New Device” refer to device that has not been previously purchase by other - Not applicable to “Exchange Stock” and “2nd Hand Stock”
– “Exchange Stock” refer to a device that exchange with another “New Device” within Warranty Period
– “2nd Hand Stock” refer to device that had been previously purchase by other and sell to current owner - Extension of Warranty will be void and terminated when ownership was transferred
- Warranty for Maxis User will be extend automatically. Any application from Maxis User will be rejected.
- Caixun reserved rights to reject application when info and documents submitted is inaccuracy.

– Serial Number - Caixun reserved rights to modify, rectify and amend info submitted when it is inaccuracy.

– Purchase Info - All Warranty Extension entitled to one time application per unit only.
– Any repetition of application will be reject.
– Caixun reserved rights to reject application when user apply for multiple times. - Caixun shall not be held any responsible for interruption of Web Services.
- Caixun will not be held responsible and reserved right to reject Warranty Claim for faulty info given.
– User/Applicant need to held responsible for faulty info given.
– Any distinction of name, address, contact, serial number and purchase info found during Warranty Claim will be consider as faulty info.
